This ruling kills the argument that the second was only meant for militias, right? To the people who argued that seriously, this is seems like a big blow.

I think a better way to describe it is a white flag.
But, as I said in the first thread on this, I think liberal judges are just going to do these rulings to troll Patriots and have them make hypocritical, libtard arguments
