I cannot quote but I am sure there are regulations for all types of weapons coming into the US. Research and report back.

I thought we were talking about illegal immigrants and their constitutional rights in America.
It begins by saying "citizen of the United States". I don't think that includes non-citizens, or illegal aliens.
