If they can get people to accept that a man can become a woman or a man can become pregnant, they won't have much trouble getting the same people to accept that a massive spending bill ("Inflation Reduction Act") will reduce inflation, Biden will cure cancer (one of his campaign promises), Trump is an agent of Russia, etc.
