Hell you can get those down to counties that matter. And every election cycle we hear about the republicans are going to win big in NV or WI, for example. Except it almost never happens, because the metro areas turn out big and wipeout the rest of the state. Ask Harry Reid. GA and AZ are pretty much the same. Both are blue states in any high turnout scenario.

You should also take PA off the list. It's hopeless with their automatic voter registration.
