Should we revisit last night when I said Miss State gained all the momentum last night with the last half of that game? Many here thought it was a silly comment.

We can revisit it--it was stupid as frick. What happened in the 1st inning had literally zero to with yesterday. At all.

What fricking non sense. Anybody who knows baseball knows after two one-pitch outs to leadoff an inning, the next batter will take 1-2 pitches. You throw a fricking strike.

Over the course of a 3 game series, there are ebbs and flows to the momentum. When you are up 9-1 and you allow the opposing team to score 7 more runs, while you get shut out for 6 innings, they leave the park feeling that they have the upper hand the next day. When you take control of a game, you have to keep your focus and not allow the other dugout to take away any positives from the game.

Skip Bertman taught me that. You calling him stupid?
