So to be clear, he “destroyed the economy” by lobbying for Americans to get a direct, prepaid tax credit? Americans getting to keep more of their income destroyed the economy?
That isnt spending, that is a reduction of revenue.
Trying to conflate “spending” ie congressional budgets with what happened in 2020 is again, a disingenuous and self serving label. We can debate the merits of those programs, but they were in fact very distinct from ongoing government spending programs.
