No, the fine (very highly) people with insurance who they claim “lapse” because they know they will give in and pay

The letter of experience takes a long time to get and even longer for someone at the DMV to even look at it, meanwhile they force your “fine” to collections and continue to increase it, prevent you from getting your license which opens you up for more tickets and fricking up your (plane travel, getting into bars)

Those without insurance continue to be without insurance and seem to face no real consequences

That's what gets me. People without in6 don't care about their license status. Hell I know someone whose 42 and drives daily and never got a license. He drives with an ID.
