His obsession with his son being a kicker and mentioning it in every thread he can has rubbed some people the wrong way I guess.

Gaston brings what appears to be a pretty well informed opinion on this particular area. I enjoy reading what he has to say.

Nothing wrong with being proud of your son. I am sure if he was a QB then more people would be interested. I haven’t paid any attention to this but just listening to the comment on “best kickers in the country” and wondering if he is referring to his son. If so, I would suggest limiting expectations to keep from putting pressure on the boy.

Who'd have thought in the great USA being proud of your childs success would be considered a less than redeeming quality.

I wonder how that Vandy chick kicker’s dad felt before she played on message boards. Every single thread he posted would’ve had a bunch of dudes saying “PICS”

I actually think he behaves in a pretty level headed manner, considering the things he and his son get to be a part of.

If it was some of yalls' kid, well let's just say it could easily go to one's head.

Through Gaston we get access to a perspective that we normally wouldn't have, and I appreciate the information he gives.

Envy isn't a good color on anyone.
