OK, so what does this mean for timing now? I think we all know this case is a waste of time but it could impact the election pre-election. I read it another thread that the defense will be potentially filing motions to require everything Wade did to be redone, which I imagine would add a lot of time to the trial prep.

I think this trial happens a lot later now, but being after the election probably doesn't matter with this one
