No it’s because they think because he’s built like a bulldozer he should have to deal with contact but that’s not playing by the rules. Look at guys like SGA in OKC. His entire game is about flipping, acting like he was assaulted and all sorts of things to get to the line. Still a great player but he actively lions to draw fouls and the refs reward him for it. They penalize Zion and BI for playing through contact. The key is putting the ball out front so they can’t debt you the foul like SGA does so well. Man they have a team there. Sam Presti is on a different level from every other NBA GM.
