no, but the dynasty stuff may be fubared. you'll still be able to play, but the logos, colors, images, etc. for some of the teams, trophies, bowl images/names, etc. will be all messed up. somehow, when a dynasty is created, it "copies" certain files and stores them within the dynasty file.
you can still play it and proceed, but it just won't look right.

Hey BTW if you ever need help recording your gameplay HMU. You could start your own YT and then maybe we can collaborate down the road.
