I got one from there, they had the Carfax and buy back docs from the manufacturer from the start. There are lots of ratings on that place to look at, vast majority good. They are very transparent about how all they do are buy backs.
The real risk is the vehicle you pick and whether the issues it had were actually fixed or mattered in the first place. Some people try to use lemon laws to change their mind and will take advantage of any small thing that might take a dealership too long to look at. The specific issues noted in the buy back are under warranty for a certain time or miles with Toyota.

This is such a big point. Sometimes people fail to realize those high car payments are EVERY month and realize they bit off more than they can chew.
