Diamond has done this with Jake the Snake and Scott Hall. There is no excuse why somebody can’t get back in shape and improve their health.
This is a great story to see with Butterbean.
I think you’re wrong to include your statement “there’s no excuse why somebody can’t get back and shape and improve their health.” Your posts makes it clear that Butterbean didn’t do this on his own, he had Diamond and many other to help him on his journey, along with medical care and other resources that many people lack.
I’d also go so far as saying the idea behind the video was meant to encourage folks by showing them what was possible, not to shame them.

That's dissuading other people here. Walk around the block five minutes a day this week. Next week it's 8 minutes. In a month, it's 15 minutes of walking. Listen to some classical, look at the trees. And don't start in the south in June, now is the time.

Why? Anybody can stop eating bad food and do the basic excercise of walking. You don't need a chef or a personal trainer.
If the average person started cutting calories slowly while regularly getting 10k plus steps they would vastly improve their health.
