Lol... Sharrock is great but not what I would recommend to someone who just discovered Joe Pass. Or Lage for that matter.
Sco OTOH... some great material but he's even more diverse than Grant Green. I might start with some of his Blue Note records with Joe Lovano (like "What We Do") from the 1990s and then go from there.
