i had a fitbit which got packed away in the move and wore it religiously (only had to charge it once every 2 weeks or so) to sleep and it seemed to track multiple things but it didn't jibe with the data from my CPAP machine.
the fitbit did do a pretty comprehensive breakdown of REM sleep, light sleep, etc. and while a novelty, i liked the feature where it would wake you up around the time you set your alarm (but never later than) by monitoring when you were most awake to vibrate so you were less likely to wake up cranky.
that was a neat feature.
that's about all i have; but given the price point of the fitbit which includes ECG monitoring as well, its worth of consideration.
the nice thing about the fitbit, is it was just a small black band about the size of the livestrong bracelet so you could put it on and forget it and the battery life was outstanding.
i think i have the black plastic band luxe that i picked up on amazon black friday for maybe $50.
this is making me want to dig it out of my boxes and start wearing it again.
like the poster above said, great analytics; you can make yourself nuts if you're OCD though..i was putting in food i ate, daily weight, etc. you gotta balance things and moderate so you don't become a slave to the data.
