That's incorrect. Louisiana does not allow full time admission of lawyers who are admitted in any other jurisdictions without them first passing the Louisiana bar exam, despite some other jurisdictions allowing lawyers who are admitted in Louisiana to gain full time admission without them having to pass those states' bar exams.

You're right, i had that backwards.
It's allowed in Texas and some other states, but not here due to our code.
