Don't do it. I drove nothing but F150's since the '90s. Quality was worse with each one. I traded my last one in last spring for a Tundra. I will never go back. The Tundra is superior in every way.

That last F150 was a 2017 with 60k miles. Transmission was failing, the plastic oil pan was cracked and leaking, and it had all kinds of electrical problems.

If you want a truck go with Toyota. If you want a car then look at Toyota or Honda. They have both proven that they are reliable.

Ya know, there’s people everywhere that say this crap about every vehicle (year and model) ever made.

My trucks:
- 2001 F150 Super crew 4x4 with 330,000+ miles
- 2011 F150 Super crew 4x4 with 251,000+ miles

I would imagine that there’s been less than $3k spent at the mechanic between the two of them.
