Eta: Mike Duncan’s Revolutions podcast has a season on Haiti that’s pretty short and well done. (At least short compared to the French and Russian Revolution seasons) Think it’s season four. Worth a listen if historical podcasts are your thing.

Dan Carlin's Hardcore History talks pretty extensively about the slave revolt in Santo Domingo/ Haiti in his episode entitled Human Resources. I learned a lot from that podcast.
