U2 has become quite the punching bag in recent years, for some reasons that I can understand. Despite any of that, the 1-2 punch of The Unforgettable Fire + The Joshua Tree will always be a favorite of mine.

I’ve never been hyper focused on U2 as a band but damn they definitely have 2-3 songs on my top 100 or higher and another 2-3 that are also good works.
