The majority of digital billboards from the #1 billboard company in the US steal your cell phone data every time you pass by one. They consider it geofencing, but they can capture your data when you drive by, so they can sell the info to their customers.
Example...
Academy Outdoors, during the hours of 5-7am, 350 plant workers pass by this billboard who have looked up a product you sell... would you like to purchase a repeating 10 second advertisement during those hours?

Pretty much mfer that has made a fortune in this country committed serious crimes to do it. Most did it by ripping off the government.
