I don't know if it is still like this, but someone I know who was working for a law service that cut the grass for several taco bells in baton rouge told be he would see the cans the meat came in, in the garbage and it absolutely said "Grade E- BUT EDIBLE" on the cans.

That's pretty much dog food.
