No, he definitel "I'm an old untrustworthy penny stock salesman". Just one who got into a bad can of Raid prior to the speech. His fact checks only require the refrainment of Xanax by any living human who's paid attention since '20. "I've fixed the open border problem, you're welcome" oh and my favorite "What about the legally immigrated citizens and how many people they've killed?"
