I have been 100% convinced over the last 5 years that in order to ever make it to board level positions in huge companies, you have to have IV’d the koolaid so much that common sense is not apart of you anymore.

Inclusion and diversity is pushed so hard in these companies now that regardless of how much of a train wreck every other company that did this was, a new company will still attempt to try it.

They think this shite sounds amazing on paper and oh look at us being all brave and accepting and then will have no idea how this idea went poorly

Then they will tell their employees some excuse as to why it didn’t work instead of that was fricking stupid because they just have to remain inclusive and diverse
