Based on the pitch chart, we can tell the umpire was wrong. Strike 3 was a curveball out of the zone that was called a strike. In real time, we could see that as well. I even said out loud that even though he struck out, not swinging at that pitch showed improvement.

That umpire on Sunday missed a LOT. I'm still pissed at the strike 2 call to Travinski that was in the batter's box. It was one of the worst called strikes this year. SMH. Hopefully Jones continues the improvement in recognizing the pitch and not chasing out of the zone.
