Are you a female that's responsible, or are you feeding your child support to the tune of thousands of dollars a month into lifestyle, and then when we retire, you totally depend on what I've done for decades? My ex-wife is setting up this train wreck with college funding in real time. And yet I'm going to be the a-hole that says I'm not paying your tuition to {private SEC school.}

In the female defense, there are a lot of dudes, that make a lot of money, that are barely solvent (child support, gambling, car expenses, etc.) I understand why she'd ask. She's trying to determine your financial responsibility, which I also pay attention to, just not in such a ham fisted way as she did.

Dating sites make men feel worse about themselves than they should. It's not helpful. OP, don't get emotional until months into the relationship. Just have fun. Most women are just looking for, eh, physical intimacy, if they're not of child bearing age.
