And probably worth noting that more often than not it is junk that gets passed off in these kind of circumstances.
I'm in a current fight with my Dad who just keeps hoarding shite, with maybe a handful of things that have any value (and even less that have sentimental value). I'm dreading the day I'm going to have to clean his place out.
