re: Yard needs desperate help. St Aug is dead... really dead, not dormant.

I live in Allen Tx, my wife and i went for a walk the other day and our neighborhoods lawn's are damn near checkerboard house to house. Some are just dead looking brown still and others have turned totally green. Mine is the brown section of the checkerboard unfortunately. The only green section is a little 1 foot line where i had to replace my main water line last fall and just bought some zoysia quick grow patch to put over the dirt afterward and watered to get something to grow.
