Courts have already ruled that the LHSAA is not a "public" institution--even though public schools have spent a countless amount of taxpayer dollars on LHSAA membership fees over the years--and therefore it does not have to release any information to the general public.

However, at least theoretically, you could file a Freedom of Information Act request with the respective public school system to see just what the LHSAA mailed/e-mailed/faxed over to their schools. Some schools may try to play dumb and claim that they already discarded or otherwise misplaced the documents and can't provide them to you. Don't give in to that.

Now, private schools, on the other hand, are a different issue all together.
