Thinking about moving out that direction and interested to know if this is one worth considering.

Any members here or anyone played and know much about the course / club? Also curious if anyone would know what the young executive membership fees/dues look like these days.

That’s the one. Really? What issues did they have?

I was there 9 or 10 years (left in 21) post china flu they would let anyone in and there was no contract so lots of trash would come and go. Lotta trash still there, guy pulled a gun on another member and another threatened to shoot a guy over the forming of an MGA handicap committee.

Concert bought it and Walden and are flipping Walden. Concert is putting a bunch into the clubhouse and it certainly needs it.

Course issues, they need to redo the irrigation and the greens. Dan was gonna redo greens pre Harvey and losing 9 nixed that. On top of all that its still bordering 1960. That part of top of it.

Sorry

I have played Northgate a lot years ago.

Never got a level lie in the fairway. I believe that's part of the Devlin/ Von Hage design.

Bottom line, it's not a club that I would join.

Oof. Thanks for the heads up. Any other clubs in north Houston area that you’d recommend?

I have not played there in a few years, but I loved playing Willow Creek.

Should be worth checking out.

And of course there is Champions and Woodforest CC.

I guess it's been longer than I remembered. They use to play mini tour events there years ago.
