Embarrassing to have the clown court that is our Supreme Court think something is so outraged they go 9-0.

What are rational and reasonable penalties for the political hacks to hold them accountable to the rule of law? Perhaps three-strikes and they’re out? What I mean is if they get overruled by certain higher courts more than twice, they are automatically removed from the bench. Or less harsh penalties for overruling in split decisions but super harsh penalties for unanimous or near-unanimous decisions.
