Can you guys stop finding shite to get mad about? Literally everyone I know likes him and it’s people with a wide variety of political views. You can find dumb articles about anything and you’re just taking the bait. You’re seeking out the fringes and then getting mad about what you find.

I’m sure you want to call everyone snowflakes but you can’t handle something you like being called “controversial”.

There will always be a segment of people who aren't content with enjoying things for what they are. They also require some other segment of people to be upset by the thing that they enjoy. This isn't a rightwing thing or a liberal thing, it's universal.

While you listen to a joke and you're entertained by the delivery or the clever twist, other people need a level of schadenfreude. Shane Gillis and Jon Stewart have their audiences that enjoy them for their humor, but they have major subsets that enjoy them because they piss off other people.

Trust me, there was a large audience that got more enjoyment out of that young female musician's discomfort as she listened to Gillis' monologue than they did from Shane's actual jokes.
