Jankowicz is the crazy Mary Poppins lady they tried to push on us for ministry of disinformation. I agree that it sounds like they are trying to get in front of something.

Good catch. It was Scary Poppins! She was such a train wreck that they shut down that project (or moved it elsewhere).
