There are some that watch scores of every sport and when LSU loses, they consider that a personal win day. Poor bastards.

Have a great uncle that lives out in Lafayette. He’s a massive ULL fan, and so is his family.

First time I went to his house when I was probably 4 years old and saw all the ULL memorabilia I was confused, as I grew up in an exclusively LSU family. I asked him what team that was and he told me. I said “why not just be an LSU fan?” And he said “oh no, we don’t like LSU”, and actually seemed bothered that I was advocating for LSU. I understand supporting your local college, but why do you have to hate LSU? Was confusing to me as a kid as it is to me now

I also like ULM and Tulane (LSU first and foremost by a mile). Don’t know why people can’t support multiple in state teams

So, in summary, when you were 4yo you were confused that *gasp* there were folks out there that 1)supported their team, and 2)did not support yours? And you are pretty much still that in that state of mind. Got it.
