Get 2 separate devices...i like arris sb8200 for modem and have ubiquiti network...asus, netgear, tplink have worked great in other places...

I've had one of those connected to Xfinity cable internet for a few years. Works well. I think it's the third one of them I've had (going back to when they were Motorola Surfboards) over 20 years or so. They all worked fine and were replaced only when I got a new PC or something and just decided to get new equipment.

I use a separate Asus wifi router that was highly rated when I bought it. I'm sure there are better options out there now, but it's worked great too.
