I’ve said it before and I’ll say it forever.

The CDC pre Covid carried the illusion that it was science based. That it had public safety as its primary motivation.

That is gone. It is exposed as just another useless, bloated government agency and if we do actually have a deadly pandemic or threat to public health, nobody is going to listen and people will die.

Blood on their hands.

Have you asked voters in Michigan and California? Whitmer got re-elected after banning people from the same block from getting together.

You have to stop trying to use logic when it comes to big gov supporters. I ask you to add the years, if not decades, of government shutdowns, where active duty military don't get paid for weeks, but idiots from the Department of Education do, because they're somehow "essential," but then don't have to report to work during a snow storm. Nobody cares but political hard-os like us.

Public safety is an ephemeral term that appeals to chicks and soy boys. And it works. Ban gas stoves for public safety, etc. If it saves one child from asthma, etc.

yes but most of the population still will listen to them
