Over the course of the proceedings (at least those I witnessed), the judge became less forgiving with the prosecution (both their continued foundationless objections and the behaviors of some of their witnesses (as well as their client)).
The defense made a very strong case while the prosecution stumbled and stuttered. The real question, at least to me, isn't for which side the judge rules (because it's extremely apparent Willis was engaged in the relationship with Wade prior to his joining the prosecution and that likely played a large role in his exorbitant pay, of which he spent some on her), but rather if he words his ruling strongly enough to shut down any attempts at an appeal.
