If the judge rules in favor of Fani, I assume the defense could take the issue up to the appellate courts. I would not be surprised if there’s also a motion to dismiss by the defense testing whether the collusion with the White House amounts to prosecutorial misconduct warranting a dismissal. Regardless, I think it is safe to say that this case will not head to trial before November.

Either side will likely appeal whatever the ruling may be. It’ll be so great when the judge is cornered into having to rule against Willis n them and they themselves have to delay the proceedings until after the election with their own appeal. Lulz
