I think maybe a water main broke in Fulton County, Georgia.

I'm talking about the county, not the state. Fulton]
Dekalb, one of the other major counties in Atlanta metro, was 83% Biden. I didn't need to watch the 2008 results, because I heard the street celebrations that night in ATL.
After being trained and performing audits (I am not a CPA,) the amount of shite that happened in Fulton, that everyone sort of shrugged at, were astounding. I would fail the frick out of you on any assurance report (SOC1/2, SOX, PCI DSS, etc.) with the amount of the lack of assurance I could provide based on the evidence presented.
