The courts approved asylum not being used by people crossing other countries to just ask for it at our border. Trump had agreements in place with 2 or 3 countries south of us to help with this process. Biden reversed it all almost immediately after inauguration which started the stampede and let in illegals involved in recent murders, rapes, and assaults on cops and others.

I think Biden actual increased what qualifies for asylum.

Biden also reduce the covid border stricter practices by Trump that were also approved by courts.

About the only thing I can remember Trump pushing limits on was trying to move funding to building the wall, but using a pen and a phone to issue a decree outside of the law is old hat for Democrats with Obama and Biden.

As far as execution on controlling the border Texas did a good job slowing down entry in the border section they took control from the feds where Biden had the border patrol waving the illegals in.

It’s an invasion, and the federal govt is constitutionally obligated to protect each state from invasion.
