Had the exact same experience. And of course the dipshits that have been standing around eventually start trying to check people out.

Does yalls Best Buy have the door greeter with a tablet who asks if you need help and if you do, they'll take your name and have the next available associate with you momentarily.
I was looking for an item their website showed they had in stock, i couldn't find it, asked an employee walking by if I was in the right area and i was directed to the tablet greeter to put my name in the queue for help
