You’re saying that because they didn’t have wheels, they didn’t need them.
And also because they didn’t perform actions that a wheel would have made easier (had they had them), that they didn’t have a use for them.
It’s like you’re presuming they were aware of wheels and just said “Nah we’re good.”

Basic wheelbarrows would actually have revolutionized indo-american society by greatly increasing the amount of materials or goods a single worker could carry. However, absent draft animals to pull carts and wagons, it could only change society so much. The inability for meso-american tribes to transport more goods than a single human could physically carry overland significantly stunted their development.
