These are their clear top two movies. Oh Brother, Fargo, are True Grit are barely, but clearly below those.
I hope I convey this right-
Lebowski is the ultimate “Coen brothers movie” that encapsulates who they are as storytellers/artists.
No Country for Old Men is the best movie they’ve made as filmmakers.
