dont just sit on the couch like a fat arse and you wont have problem and you dont need to live in the gym. ridiculous.


also i didnt realize we had so many special snowflakes on here who someone defy all laws of thermodynamics. amazing...yall should really get together and go see the researchers so yall can debunk the other 100+ studies that show yall are wrong

Im honest. I’ll say my BMI is between 25 -30 and it’s something I’m trying to work on.

I find everyone who says BMI is worthless to be naive or in denial.
