I have no issue with livescope itself. If it helps younger tech savvy people get into fishing then great. Or if the average occasional fisherman wants it to help ensure he doesn’t get skunked then fine.

But it shouldn’t be allowed in tournaments, pro or amateur. If you’re good enough to want to fish in a tournament especially a pro one then you should know enough to fish without livescope. It takes away the challenge of professional angling and to me is akin to a pro athlete taking performance enhancing drugs, or like the Hitler video said “it’s like spotlighting deer”
