I agree having good players is a big part of being successful, but I totally disagree with you on in game decision making, it is the difference when you are evenly matched and in a tight game at the very end. Why do you think Wade would lose to equally talented teams that played good on ball defense? He wasn't a great in game decision maker and couldn't alter things that gave his team advantages because the other team took away his strategy of winning by beating players off the dribble.
