Miraculous shot, but Washington could've played that a lot better. Instead of flexing after the go-ahead points, he could've been getting in position to put pressure on whoever was in position to get the ball because there's only so much they'll be able to do in a few seconds.
At other times in the game, okay, flex and celebrate, but that's not the time for it. He ended up just running back and looking around, and had no effect.
