A few weeks later I get a call from State Farm apparently this girl is suing for being hurt, missing work, pain and suffering. Wants $30k. My insurance even got the body cam footage and he was like “yeah I can clearly hear when the cop said I don’t even know why I am here for this”
Dash cam and a report to the Insurance Commissioner and DA.
