Going to have to disagree here. Regardless of what he said in his texts doesn’t prove he wasn’t speculating. “Well, after thinking about it further, I now believe yada yada”. Plus it’s not like he signed an affidavit nor did he address the motion filed by Merchant other than “looks fine”

We all know he is lying through his teeth and is now officially a cuckold to Wade and Fani. However, he protected just about everything he needed to IMO Looking like a liar doesn’t make you a liar. Also fyi, we’re on the same team here just trying to look at this from their side
