Don’t forget he was apparently threatened prior to the previous hearing. I don’t know that it’s out of loyalty. There may be something else that he is trying to prevent.

I don't understand any of this. Complete waste of time. He's obfuscating, lying, and everyone and the kitchen sink knows it. Just get on with it.
