I completely agree with AUFAN, this is a horrible idea. You will not leave your car the entire trip. I would seriously reconsider all of this. Vegas and Zion on this trip is stretching it. Vegas to St George is most of a day if you see the Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire, add in the strip and that is one full day. Zion is at least one full day also.
I'd do Lake Powell and Grand Canyon another time. Trips like the one you have planned is how you end up making a divorced thread on the OT in a few months.
